Amanda Brown brings over 20 years of experience shaping development projects across Central Texas. She began her career as a Senior Planner with the City of Austin, where she developed a deep understanding of municipal processes, policy frameworks, and the inner workings of local government.
She later held key roles within leading real estate law and civil engineering firms, advising on entitlements, land development strategy, and project positioning. Today, she leverages that experience to guide clients through the broader landscape of government affairs and community engagement.

She serves as Co-Chair of the Public Policy Committee for NAIOP Austin and is actively involved in both the Hutto Chamber of Commerce and Georgetown Chamber of Commerce. These roles keep her closely connected to regional priorities, decision-makers, and the evolving needs of the communities she serves.
